Our approach
Our courses are digital content. Access to the lessons and practice files is granted immediately after payment is confirmed. This policy follows the refund policy of our main store, NextGenTemplates.com, adapted for online courses.
Refunds
Course purchases are non-refundable once payment is confirmed and access to the course has been granted. Please read the course description, lesson list and requirements carefully, and watch any free preview lessons, before you buy. Contact us with any question before purchasing.
When a refund may be considered
- The course is not as described on its course page, and you tell us within 48 hours of purchase.
- A proven technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing the course videos or practice files, and our support team cannot resolve it within 72 hours of being notified.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number, the email address used for the purchase, a description of the problem and any supporting evidence such as screenshots. We will review your request and reply within 5 business days.
If a refund is approved
- The refund is made to the original payment method through Razorpay or PayPal, in the currency you paid.
- Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may take 5–10 business days, sometimes longer, to show the refund.
- Access to the refunded course, its practice files and any certificate for that course is removed when the refund is issued.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
