Course Access Policy

When access starts

Access to a paid course is granted automatically once the payment provider confirms your payment. You will find the course in My Learning. If you do not see it within a few minutes, contact [email protected] with your order number.

How long access lasts

Your purchase includes lifetime access to the course: you can use it for as long as NextGenTemplates Academy operates and offers that course. There is no subscription and no renewal fee. If we ever decide to retire a course, we will give enrolled learners reasonable advance notice by email so you can finish the course, download its practice files and save your certificate.

What is included

• Streaming access to all course video lessons.
• Downloadable practice files for the course.
• Quizzes, assignments and progress tracking.
• A certificate of completion when you meet the course requirements.
• Updates that we publish for the course.

Personal, single-user access

Course access is for the person who bought it only. Accounts must not be shared, and course videos must not be recorded or redistributed. We may limit or suspend access if we detect sharing or misuse. Practice files may be used for your personal learning and your own internal work.

Technical requirements

You need a reliable internet connection, a current web browser, and the software used in the course (for example, Microsoft Excel). Software licences are not included.

When access may end

Access to a course ends if the purchase is refunded or reversed through a payment dispute or chargeback, if your account is closed at your request, or if your account is suspended for a breach of the Terms & Conditions.

Free and sample courses

Some courses may be offered free or as samples. These are available only while we choose to offer them.
