Cancellation Policy

Orders

Because courses are digital content with immediate access, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed and access to the course has been granted. This follows the cancellation policy of our main store, NextGenTemplates.com.

Pending or failed payments

If you leave checkout before payment is completed, or a payment fails, no order is completed and no access is granted. If money was deducted for an order that was not completed, contact [email protected] with the payment reference so we can resolve it.

No subscriptions

Courses are one-time purchases. There is no recurring billing to cancel.

Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Closing your account ends access to your courses and certificates. It does not entitle you to a refund.

Refund exceptions

The limited cases in which a refund may be considered are explained in the Refund Policy.
