Our commitment

We want NextGenTemplates Academy to be usable by as many learners as possible, including people with disabilities.

What we do

• The website uses semantic headings, labelled forms, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus states and a layout that works on mobile, tablet and desktop.
• Course videos can be paused, replayed and played at different speeds, and lessons can be completed at your own pace.
• Practice files are standard Excel workbooks that work with the accessibility features of your spreadsheet software.

Known limitations

Captions and transcripts are not yet available for every lesson. We are working to improve this, and we will help if you need an accessible alternative for specific lesson content.

If something is difficult to use, email [email protected] with the page or lesson, a description of the problem and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
