About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of NextGenTemplates Academy (academy.nextgentemplates.com), which is operated by NextGenTemplates, India. By creating an account, enrolling in or buying a course, you agree to these terms and to the Refund, Payment, Course Access, Certificate, Cancellation, Privacy and Cookie policies linked on this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the Academy.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • An account is for one person. Do not share your login, give others access to your courses, or buy a course on behalf of a group unless we have agreed a team arrangement with you in writing.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that are shared, used to copy or redistribute content, or used in breach of these terms. If we do this because of a breach, no refund is due.

Courses and what you buy

  • Each paid course is an individual, one-time purchase. The course page describes its lessons, total video length, practice files and certificate. Please read it carefully before you buy.
  • Course videos are streamed online and are not available for download. Practice files can be downloaded while you are enrolled.
  • We may improve, re-record, reorder or update lessons and files to keep a course accurate. Updates will not materially reduce what the course page described when you bought it.

Your licence

  • When you buy a course, you receive a personal, single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the course and use its materials for your own learning.
  • Practice files may be used for your personal learning and for your own internal work purposes.
  • You may not copy, record, download, resell, share, publish, sublicense or redistribute course videos, practice files, quizzes or other materials, or use them to create a competing course or product.
  • All course content remains the intellectual property of NextGenTemplates and is protected by copyright law. Buying a course does not transfer ownership.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) for Indian billing addresses and in US dollars (USD) for all other billing addresses. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or PayPal (international, including cards). Full details are in the Payment Policy.

Refunds and cancellation

Because a course is digital content that is made available immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once access is granted. Limited exceptions are explained in the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Certificates

Eligible courses include a certificate of completion. It confirms that you completed the course activities. It is not an academic qualification, a professional licence or third-party accreditation. See the Certificate Policy.

No guarantee of results

Our courses teach practical skills, but results depend on your effort and circumstances. We do not promise employment, promotion, income or any particular business outcome.

Acceptable use

Use the Academy lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to bypass video protection or access controls, interfere with the website, upload harmful files, or submit material you do not have the right to use.

Availability

We work to keep the Academy available at all times, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. Access terms are explained in the Course Access Policy.

Limitation of liability

Course materials and the website are provided “as is” for educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextGenTemplates is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of data, profit or business, arising from the use of the Academy or its materials. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here, with its “Last updated” date, applies from the date it is posted. The terms in force when you bought a course continue to apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the courts of India will have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
